A home gym consists of very few things. Our body weight alone can account for over 50% of the possibilities we can do with our home workouts.
However there are some equipment that can make your work out at home a little more fun and challenging and increase the intensity of the workout.
One piece of equipment, besides dumbbells (My last post I recommend which dumbbells to get), is the bench.
With the bench you can do so many more things, especially with our own bodyweight. Dips, incline push ups, elevated hip thrusters, step ups, and much more!
